This paper has been withdrawn by the author.  The central premise of the paper is that there is a mapping between the dynamics of a hard sphere gas and the NP-complete 3-SAT problem.  The construction of the mapping is invalidated by the requirement that multiple copies of each input variable are used in 3-SAT.
